INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS IN THE 2016 CAPITAL BUDGET

In compliance with the Public Procurement Act of 2007, the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) intends to undertake the procurement of various Capital Projects under the 2016 Capital budget.

Consequently, the Nigerian Postal Service wishes to invite reputable and competent interested companies to tender for any of the projects listed below:

1. Supply of Computer hard/software and consumables

2. Printing of Bag/Plastic/Paper Label

3. Printing and Supply of Books and Forms

4. Supply of Cleaning materials

5. Supply of Office Stationeries

6. Supply of Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Filling cabinets and photo-copier machines

7. Supply of Tyres and Car Spare Parts

8. Production and Supply of date stamp

TENDER REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for consideration, interested Companies having interest and experience in similar jobs, the following documents are required to be submitted alongside their Tender documents:
1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria
2. Certified true copy of Memorandum/Articles of Association with the CAC of Nigeria
3. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years (2013 – 2015)
4. Evidence of VAT registration
5. Industrial Training Fund Certificate
6. National Pension Commission Certificate
7. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers
8. Detailed company profile

Failure to submit the above stated requirements may lead to disqualification of the tender. Notwithstanding the submission by any company, the Nigeria Postal Service is neither committed nor obligated to offer its company an award or any form of contract or its agent/company.

CLOSING DATE OF SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
The closing date of the submission of the tenders shall be six weeks from the date of this publication at 10am prompt.

OPENING OF TENDERS
The opening of Tender shall be immediately at NIPOST Corporate Headquarters, Board Room.
